We're excited to release this natural processed micro-lot coffee, purchased through JNP, who we also purchased our washed Incuti through. In the cup, you'll find a coffee that has a little more pop compared to most naturals (which typically have very low acidity). Subtle notes of Kiwi and Pineapple show as the coffee cools! 

More About The Coffee
Hailing from one of the most remote parts of Burundi (6 hour drive from the capital), is the Muyinga province. Prior to the building of the new washing station, farmers faced a 20 km journey to process their coffee at the nearest washing station. This was too far of a journey to complete in one day, so coffee quality suffered due to lag time. With new infrastructure positioned close by, this region is producing awesome coffee and we are excited to showcase it!
