When you purchase our coffee we will provide you with a recipe so that your coffee tastes like it was designed to! This is a tall task for both of us! Every grinder, and brewing device is a little different, and it isn't possible to prescribe a recipe that will be honest to the coffee if we don't have the same equipment. For instance, grind size is extremely important and not easy to communicate. Your grinder may have a different grind quality or settings than ours which will make communication difficult unless we have the same equipment! If you are in the market for new gear right now, consider the list of equipment below so you can follow along! If you aren't, no worries, we will still do our best to point you in the right direction. If you have questions about brewing, shoot us an email at coffee@nostalgicacoffee.com
