Berry Fight is our love letter to the messy, exciting world of natural processed African coffees. Every batch is anchored by a natural processed, juicy, berry forward Ethiopian bean and blended with complementary washed coffee, typically from Ethiopia or Colombia, that pushes the fruit-forward character even further.
Why blended? Because sometimes the sum is louder than the parts. A single-origin Ethiopian coffee is a beautiful thing, but we found we could turn up the volume by pairing it with the right supporting lots. The result is a cup that punches: bright acidity, jammy berry notes, a floral top note, and enough body to stand up to milk.
It's built to pull double-duty. Great as a filter coffee. Even better as an espresso.
