With the rise of home espresso machines and the popularity of large, milk-based espresso drinks, such as lattes, we wanted to create a blend solely designed for these purposes!
We took the Paper Route template, then added additional development time in order to create a coffee that is a little bolder and richer, with a touch of those nostalgic roasty notes. We did not want to roast it too dark as to impart burnt or bitter flavors so we found a happy middle ground that should yield silky and rich, milk-based espresso drinks!
