This course, hosted at our roastery, is designed for the home espresso enthusiast! No prior experience needed. We will adjust the class to be more or less advanced to accommodate you. During the class we will spend time on the following:
1. Understanding extraction and how to manipulate it in order to make your espresso taste better.
2. Understanding what an espresso recipe is and designing one to fit your machine.
3. How to prep and pull shots consistently. Troubleshooting poor shots.
4. Milk steaming technique.
5. Latte Art, if time permits (Optional)
