This is a medium roast blend we created to be your all-purpose "daily driver"! Great for espresso drinks while still remaining light enough to create an elevated, yet familiar tasting cup of coffee. We call this blend Paper Route because it's a morning staple, like the ol' paper route used to be.

16-17 grams of ground espresso, yielding 33-37 grams of espresso in 28-31 seconds.
Larger Commercial Machines W/ 58mm Baskets
19-20 grams of ground espresso, yielding 37-41 grams of liquid espresso in 28-31 seconds.
